The SouthView menu will change with the seasons, always featuring locally grown produce, Kentucky raised beef, lamb and pork, with fresh herbs grown in our very own indoor garden. Our menu, designed by head chefs James Mossing and Veronica Maxwell, features innovative contemporary southern dishes such as cheddar grits soufflé topped with bacon brulee, cured tobacco leaf-wrapped catfish, a spicy blue crab cake sandwich, Amish chicken gumbo, crayfish ravioli with chiffonade mustard greens, seasonal fruit cobblers and house made ice creams. SouthView’s interior features a large dining area with a cozy fireplace and a unique view of the kitchen. Our thirty foot granite bar features local wines, an extensive Kentucky bourbon selection and unique cocktails in a warm lounge atmosphere.
