After delivering over 20 Top-40 hits over the past 19 years, Trent Reznor of NINE INCH NAILS made waves in the music community by announcing he was pursuing the rest of his career without the help of a record label. His first independent release, Ghosts, is rumored to have surpassed normal sales for the lifetime of a record in merely 2 days. The 36 tracks on Ghosts are all instrumental, and were all dubbed "Ghosts" parts one through 36.
