This lineup of orginal music is too good to be missed. It's hot out!, come cool down with Todd Murray, The Bad Words and Okeanas. The doors open at 9:00, music starting at 10:00pm and we'll be going late into the night.

The Bad Words:
Since forming in 2007, a combination of weeknight drinking and devilish sarcasm has molded a group of Cincinnati music scene veterans into one of the most promising acts this area has seen in a long time.

The Bad Words have quickly gained notice for their hook-laden, country-fried pop songs, earning regular radio rotation across stations in several states.

The Bad Words have headlined some of Cincinnati's biggest outdoor shows, shared the stage with national acts such as the Drams, performed at the prestigious Midpoint Music Festival, and won the 2008 Colgate Country Showdown in Cincinnati.

The Bad Words' live act is something to behold- they are as entertaining playing outdoor festivals as they are providing the soundtrack to Saturday night's bar fight at the local honky tonk.

The Okeanas:
The Okeanas are an Americana Rock and Roll band from southwest Ohio. Their first record "Butler County" will be released in early Feb. 07, and will be available in reputable record stores and many online stores including "CD BABY" and "DIGSTATION". Butler County is a collection of original songs composed by the Okeanas who like to play many styles of music, from driving rock to straight on hillbilly style numbers. The bands many diverse influences come out in the songs, as do the stories of growing up in the land of Kentucky Exiles, also known as Hamilton, Ohio.


Todd Murray:
Todd spent a few years in Colorado to expand upon his experiences and influences. While there, he frequented many venues such as Avogadro's Number, The Study Hall, The Sugar Shack, The Beatle Beanery, The Vault, Conor O'neil's, Moxie Java, Blue Note, Dazbog Coffee, Java Joint, and many others with equally unique names.

He was also featured at the 9 News Health Fair, and on the KRFC radio program Live at Lunch out of Fort Collins, CO, as well as attending many musician co-ops at Canal Street Tavern in Dayton, OH.

Todd has written, recorded, and produced three full-length independent albums of all-original material.
